Comfort Inn Hyannis - Cape Cod

"Absolute horrible customer service!!! I recently stayed and the hotel + amenities are pretty good but when I left I forgot my phone there, I was already pretty far away when I remembered, I tried calling for the hotel reception or to try and contact anyone at all but I couldn’t get ahold of anyone!! They kept saying “contact the hotel directly” and I can’t. They are cruel and the overall customer service is a -10/10. TERRIBLE."

"Our check out experience was far from comfort at this Inn. Staff was seated at the lobby bench as he watched the world go by (leaving front desk empty). He simply took our keys and turned down our request for left luggage even after knowing our ferry is hours away from check out. He was nonchalant, unhelpful, and simply disinterested. Stay was passable, & mediocre but I highly recommend any visitors looking for a truly comfortable stay — to look elsewhere. Bad service goes a long way… the other way."

"We chose Comfort Inns because it located in Huannis, so central to where we wanted to be located; after a hiatus from the Cape for over 20 years. The rates were reasonable. With taxes just under $600 for 4 nights. The desk staff were friendly, professional & helpful. The lobby was clean. Pool available if you were inclined to swim. The breakfast, available from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. was hot & plentiful; usually scrambled eggs & sausage or bacon; along with a variety of bagels, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, muffins & cold cereals. Someone was always in attendance making certain items were stocked, tables cleaned & food area taken care of & wiped down. I gave a tip my last day, as it was well deserved by the staff member. As for the rooms, they appeared to be recently ( last few years) renovated. We had 2 queens in ours. Adequate room to move around & set up suitcases. The rooms were very clean, as were the bathrooms. The sink area was just outside the bath/ toilet area, with shelving below adequate to store toiletries etc. A hair dryer, iron/ ironing board were provided, as well as small coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge, as one might inspect. All items were very clean, in good operating order. As for parking, there was always adequate ( free) parking. Centrally located. Did I mention, there was a pizza place located down the street a few blocks away ( same side), which made great pizza by the slice, if desired, great, large salads & Cannoli made on the premises. They offered other fare as well. Wonderful!!"

"We stayed here over Labor day weekend. Would not recommend to anyone. We travel alot and this the worse. The room had not closet and 4 drawers. We had a ealk in shower ad I sm handicapped. The sower was disgusting rusty and you couldn't take a shower with it flooding the bathroom floor. We mentioned when we checked in that the toilet paper holder was broken We mentioned again when we left. The only decent staff they had was the girl who checked us in. We payed alot of money for a week in that hotel. Not worth at all. Oh and the indoor pool was ice cold and there was no internet"
