Craigville Beach Inn

"We had the loveliest visit to Cape Cod and found the Inn to be perfect! Close to the beaches and across the street from the best ice cream ever! Our room was very clean and comfortable and there was even an area we could sit outside and enjoy our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening. Close to nice restaurants as well. The hosts were so accommodating and even mailed back an item we left in the room. We look forward to staying there again in the future!"

"It’s the cape! We love the cape!! It’s a great motel and location…easy access to so much; church on same street, shuttle to beach and 4 seas ice cream, Omg I never had it…so good!"

"We spent 4 days at this Motel and we are so happy to be home back. Pros: -great location -very friendly and helpful staff -a shuttle to the beach -indoor pool and great backyard -continental breakfast (only fruits and yogurts for GF options!!) Cons: -the price is for the location, don't think you will get more that that -stinky dirty room - we had a old! wet stain under the AC unit and something in a tray inside the old non-working fridge, the smell was terrible, keeping AC low with Fan running on high did not help (for people with allergies - just stay away from this place!) -the mattress was terrible (for people with low back problems!) -the working fridge is tiny (for people with allergies who have to travel with food!!!) -NO microwave and NO toaster in the room - NO room service - we had to go to the office to pick up fresh towels, - NOT clean, no one cleaned or vacuumed our room in 4 days"

"Meets expectations for a beach motel. Beach is walking distance away. They have a shuttle, but get some exercise and walk. You will enjoy it. Parking lot is great if you end up there with a car. Keep your expectations in check on breakfast and you will be happy."

"Arrived at the inn , the outside is beautiful . We were so excited to get there after a long drive . But that all went away . First impressions is always great . Check in was an experience . Office is gloomy and no energy . Checked in amd wemt to our rooms and wow were we surprised . Nothing that we expected for the money we paid . Just horrible looking . went back to the lovby amd Asked to speak to manager the girl at front desk said sorry she isnt here shes on vacation again . So who is active manager when she is off ? I asked is the pwner here , she said no her father is and he is on vacation also . So nobody ? She advised me that there is nobody in charge . That was the First Red Flag Rooms are ok but very gloomy and have an odor to them , and old . The worst part is our tub had hair and a ring around it . The older lady in housekeeping tried to argue with me when i asked for if to be cleaned , she said it was clean no more clean .. I also asked the housekeeper for some spray and she almost bit my head off and told me no. Second red flag She walked in and said dont smell and walked away . Breakfast is fruit , muffin and juice . ( its ok i guess due to covid ) Third red flag The front desk looks like they are greasy and no personality at all . I actually was scared to stay there because it felt like a funeral palor or a retirement home . If you need somewhere just to sleep this is it . But for the money they charge is definitely not worth it . Housekeepig needs some assistance In cleanliness and customer service . The best part was it is across the street from ice cream shop , walkable to beach but they also offer shuttle to beach which was great . Thats also Where we found there other property on the beach . That place looked like great ( hidden Gem ) and the lady at the desk was so pleasant And helpful . She gave us great ideas to do for the rest of our stay . so that was great it kept us out the tooms . Craigvile beach inn also has a snack bar next door which was great but very very high in price . The craigville beach inn does have an indoor pool in which we did not use because if our rooms wasnt really up to par we were not risking going into pool. But it is a beautiful "Looking" pool and cape cod is breathtaking . Will we stay here again ? On cape cod yes that is and this place never again . Especially how the customer service is there . Stay if desperate only !! Last option ."
