"The room FAR outdid my expectations! Super comfy (new? ) beds, soft, cozy linens, the VIEW from our room at the end (i think it was 22?) Was like or own interactive artistic wall! Looking out to the turning lands of autumn. Such lush textures and shapes!"

"First off, if i could leave negative Stars, i would, but it makes you leave at least one... This has to be the absolute Worst hotel I have ever been to.... the rooms are terrible, they smell terrible and the bathroom looks like its from a horror movie!!! I would not be surprised if this place was featured on INVESTIGATION DISCOVERYS. I understand you get what you pay for, but i am playing less for a hotel 3.6 miles down the road, and it is great!!!."

"This place is FILTHY!!!!!!! It's also FREEZING!!!!!! I would leave zero stars if I could. This was, hands-down the absolute WORST hotel experience of my life. I knew that I was booking a less-than-ideal hotel stay at a less-than-ideal motel - I understand that you get what you pay for, and I've stayed at rundown places before, but NEVER as bad as this. It had CLEARLY not been cleaned. The bed was BARELY made, with the sheets and disgusting blankets just thrown onto the bed. THERE WAS NO HEAT. I know that it's March - but it's still Massachusetts and the low that night was 36 degrees. I cannot tell you how absolutely TERRIBLE this place is - I would not wish a stay at this place on an enemy. There are plenty of cheap places who actually take some pride in their location - stay there! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!"

"READ/HEED the reviews! We were first thrilled with the location and price of the hotel - right off the highway, kind of private location and very inexpensive for our impromptu 1 night stay. The tides quickly turned upon arrival. Our room was immediately downgraded from a king bed room because of our pet. There are only a few rooms "pet friendly" and this isnt disclosed online when you book. The room we got was right next to someone we imagine was there longterm etc, they were extremely loud, disruptive and the paperthin walls allowed us to hear EVERY sound in their room. The room was fairly dirty, with a bed that wasnt even nicely made. Lots of dust, staining. We expected an older place but it was very run down and the lack of cleanliness made us deeply uncomfortable. The sheet wouldnt stay on the bed and the mattress underneath would give you nightmares. A lamp in the room flashed on and off and when my husband found the cord chewed through and brought it to management attention was only given an "Ok" and asked if we really needed 2 lamps. Shocking as it was a fire hazard. We just didnt use it. A lot of room for improvement and lots of potential for a nicer stay. We didnt want the hassle of trying to cancel after arrival, and finding a new place but we were very close."
