"Stayed here last week Thursday into Friday. Needed something to close to the ferry and this place did not disappoint! Close to everything, super walk-able and probably the cleanest room I've stayed at on Cape Cod. This 2 star hotel has cleaner bathrooms than some of the 3 and 4 star hotels that I've stayed in. Check in super seamless and owner was very friendly/helpful. I thought it would be really loud due to the nearby bars, but it wasn't the case at all. For the first time in two years- I actually slept the whole night through! The only inconvenience I encountered was a few ants- the bathroom window was left slightly open, so I'm pretty sure they made their way in through there. Even with the ants, I'm still giving this place 5 stars due to cleanliness, location, and the comfort of the beds. I also have to add that the towels, wash cloths and bed sheets were sparkling white (no stains or dinginess like you see in other places). I would definitely stay here again and might even blacklist some of the other places that I've stayed in over the years. Its more than obvious that the owner of this place takes great pride in his establishment."

"My stay was with my mother, we had a girls weekend. Very pleasant. The rooms were clean yet the cabinet that held the microwave and mini fridge seemed a little sketchy, the mini fridge was wobbling and but the worth thing was A/C was filthy and was blowing out dusty air. The showers water pressure was horrendous and the given soaps were itchy and un soothing, The bathrooms were tiny yet useable. My mother and I got a room on the lower level all we could hear all night was the people who stayed upstairs, running and jumping. the walls seem very thin as if I could hear other people talking through them. But lovely location and great walking distance to downtown, definitely would come again. Especially because of the price!"

"This was a nice hotel with clean rooms. The best thing about it was the location. Right in the center of town, Main St. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Many shops, restaurants and museums in walking distance, as well as the waterfront. I felt very safe at the hotel and walking around alone."

"The location is great. The rooms have no lights and there bugs everywhere. The TV was disconnected when we got there and it seems to be 1 person doing everything at this inn. The tap water made us sick and there was was mold everywhere in the bathroom. For 168 a night I would go to a different inn or motel. There was a lot of partying in the parking lot near the rooms until 1am. The water is not clean. From the sink. I recommend bring bottled water."

"Great location and nice updated rooms! It looks like they are making improvements and updating, everything was still very clean and comfortable. I will say the bathroom mirror could be much taller or mounted higher. Being 6' I realize I'm tall, but this was even a little low for my mother who is much shorter than me. Regardless we enjoyed our stay and plan to return again! We really enjoyed being walking distance to everything in town."
