"It's mostly premade sheds end to end, being used as apartments and called a motel.. a man overdosed there recently. It took three days to find the cadaver, and the room was never properly cleaned or sanitized before renting it back out. At a rate of $1200 per month.."

"This place is an extremely Dirty motel. The manager is irresponsible and tells other renter's business to other tenants. The manager is extremely unprofessional and does not give receipts for payment. It's noisy and some interesting scary people on the property."
