"Hotel was charming. Rooms were so clean! Staff was exceptional, especially Sazon (ph). She was so pleasant, helpful and an all around great addition to this hotel!"

"Stayed in a partial ocean view room on the top floor, which was cozy, clean, and the queen bed was fairly comfortable for two people. Since it's an older building, it has a window ac unit, which wasn't bothersome to us but may be a downside for others. The staff were friendly and there was a welcome folder of local attractions and food. The only issue we had was a weak internet signal that frequently cut in and out, so we ended up using our phones as a hotspot for our laptops instead. Centrally located, and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and Washington Street Mall."

"Really pleasant, affordable historic hotel with clean and pretty rooms. My only complaint is that the beds are super soft, too soft, feels like you’re sinking into them. Also, There isn’t a pool. Other than that, we are enjoying our stay and would choose this place again!"

"This is the third year in a row that my best friend and I stayed here. Prime location, clean room, and great staff! Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to everything. They have a great bagel place right underneath it (bagel time) and an award winning restaurant in the lobby. Love staying here!"

"Our room was fine. The best part was the porch overlooking the main drag with the sound of crashing waves. Otherwise the furniture, linens etc were all a bit too shabby (chic) for the off season price mark. Front staff wait staff were nice enough but did contradict each other on some basic info re: whether or not it was possible to get a late night drink from the restaurant."
