"I usually love Ann Taylor. Though I have never been to this location before, I typically shop at the location in Manhattan, however, I decided to give them a try one day because I work nearby. I will say, the two sales associates that helped me were EXTREMELY sweet and very helpful, but the manager was completely out of line. When I walked in, she immediately greeted me by directing to me the sales rack. Then when checking out my items, she took it upon herself to 'remind' me that the items I was purchasing were not on sale. Extremely racist of her to assume that I would be shopping sales items only and only when checking out did she notice on my account that I am a frequent customer and sent one of the sales associates to apologize to me once I left instead of coming to me herself. Left a horrible taste in my mouth and I definitely will not be returning."

"The customer service was phenomenal!! The thing I noticed is that the staff is dressing more casual now. Twenty years ago when I started going to AnnTaylor the staff dressed up and made one feel like a store on Rodeo Drive. Staff was not allowed to wear jeans, casual T-shirts or flip-flops It doesn’t give the same vibe as before. You don’t have to own Ann Taylor clothing to look professional. You can go to Savers and still look professional. The idea is to preserve the image."
