Target

"When I say that this Target has the most amazing associates, I mean it. The first associate that assisted me was Jose and he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Then when I went to check out, he was now at the register and I turned around and asked another employee where I could find a manager. She smiled at me and said that there were managers all around and she was one, how could she help me. I told her that this young man, Jose (as I pointed to him; another customer was in front of me) was so unbelievably helpful, polite, kind and he deserves a raise for going above and beyond in customer service. She laughed and said she didn’t know about that, but she truly appreciated hearing something good. Jose thanked me as well and I told him I tried for the raise. If you need to go to Target, this is the one to go to where you will be assisted with kindness and true concern re everything and anything that you are looking for."

"The store is fine but trying to call ahead just to see if they have a welcome baby box in stock before making the trip is a headache. Call the number, hit 2, and 2 again for guest services, it disconnects after second 2. Doesn't even ring. (Yes, I waited and listened for the prompt). If you do 2 then 8 for other departments, it rings and rings and then someone picks up and hangs up the phone. Am I supposed to bother electronics or the pharmacy to connect me? Ridiculous. Everyone else has their own job to fulfill and answer phones for, please fix your automated system or answer your phones."

"Been currently waiting over 20 mins for laundry detergent because no one has keys and 5 different people could not help. No more shopping here."

"I don't write reviews often but I came in yesterday to get some cold medicine for myself. I had to ring for an associate to come open the cabinet with the nasal spray in it and a young man with curly hair came promptly. He opened the cabinet, I indicated the product I wanted and then he simply said "I hope you feel better." It was a small gesture, but after a tough day of business travel and feeling run down, it meant a lot to me and really turned my day around. Thank you."

"Extremely large Target, with possibly everything you would need at your home, from groceries, household appliances, clothing, board games, toiletries, makeup, first aid etc. With many brands for each at good prices and their own Starbucks inside. The exit is close to the parking lot at city center which makes it quite convenient. Plus there are few other big stores and fast food places within the city center which help make it a very convenient shopping spree spot in White Plains."
