"if I were anyone, I would think twice before coming to this Nordstrom rack in White Plains. They treat every customer as a criminal as a shoplifter and it’s sad. They have security at three of them walking the floor all African-American, dressed in plain clothes just be discreet and stop treating every customer as a shoplifter."

"Stop by to do a return of a clutch my husband gifted me. He ordered and picked up in Norstrom norwalk. And we stopped by Norstrom in white plains to returned and took 30 mins standing because the bag didn't have a dusting bag. Seems like i was talking science telling Michelle D in the bag section that couldn't returned something that wasn't given to husband when he picked it up. And her response was shouldn't have take it like that because it's a $1K bag... like a man knows how a bag is packed. And like it's a $5K bag... her other "point" that she couldn't resale without the dusting bag when obviously they can.. that's how it was sold to husband. I ordered the same bag from bloomindales for like 100 bucks cheaper and better packing which included dusting bag and a box unlike Norstrom."
"This is my favorite store for clothes. They have a great variety of brands, including recognized designer brands. The prices are reasonable, plus they frequently run store-wide discounts. I usually order online and then return in store if I need to. Returning is really easy, which is the other reason I really like to shop there."
