"Whoever is in charge over there really needs to check their staff. Walked in and they were blasting hip-hop (which isn’t a bad music genre), but for mall with kids and babies probably not the best choice. Probably out the 15 people working there only two were helping customers the rest just talking and rather vibe out to the music then work. Smelled like weed in the store too. I hope the manager sees this and fires some of them because holy. The one in the galleria was better and they were trash."

"This store refuses to print out a receipt unless you give them your email address. This is illegal in NYC - I’m not sure why it’s not illegal in NYS."
"Told me their policy is to only give paper receipts if you give them an email address. I gave my email address and she still refused to give me one.. Then she kept repeating “the transaction is over” and told me I’m holding up the line. I asked a different sales person who was very polite and he walked behind the counter and printed me a sales receipt."
"I would give 0 stars if I could very unprofessional staff harrased over a exchange. Never ever again shopping at Footlocker!"
