"One of the worst customer service. They don’t care if you make a purchase or not. I asked someone for help to find me court shoes for squash, he proudly said he never heard of squash and they don’t sell those shoes, laughed and left. Ultimately I had to find third salesperson who was helpful and actually found me court shoes. But overall took me an hour to find one pair of court shoes, I literally had to convince them to sell me the shoes because I needed the shoes. Terrible experience"

Yes, I’m sure you can order all kinds of sporting goods on the internet but to be able to walk through their huge store snd choose from hundreds of fishing poles, reels, lures as well as every imaginable sporting equipment, clothing , socks, sneakers as well as a dedicated staff that is available from 9am to assist you, is absolutely a great gift! I was there to buy tennis balls and some clothing but I was tempted to hit some balls in their batting cage or practice my golf swing on their putting green!"
