"I recently encountered a highly disappointing customer service incident at Lululemon during a return at the Westchester Mall in White plains, NY. The cashier, Tracey, who identified herself as the manager, when I requested to do a return not only refused to refund the amount to the original gift card I used but also issued a new one without considering my preferences. To compound matters, she overlooked an item I wished to return, resulting in the issuance of a second gift card. When seeking assistance, Tracey not only displayed dismissiveness but also communicated with me in a condescending and derogatory tone, topped off with a generally nasty attitude, showing no interest in resolving the issue. As a loyal customer, this experience left me feeling devalued, and regrettably, I have decided not to shop at Lululemon again. I sincerely hope that Lululemon addresses these concerns to uphold the high standards I expect from the brand in terms of customer service."

"Disappointed! If I’m paying for over $100 leggings, I expect to be treated better as a client. I went twice to this store and I have to almost beg them to give me a bag with my purchase. It’s ridiculous! Why they are so cheap! For the amount I’m paying, at least don’t make me ask you to give me a bag lol. Are all stores like that?"

"50/50 love and hate this location some staff members are ok not friendly but fake nice. This location is never stocked since its westchester 0-6 sizing will always be sold out and xs/s very low stocked or completely gone. The quality has gotten better maybe I went on an off day I’ll try again"

"I love Lululemon but this store just isn’t it. Nothing is ever in stock, they only have sizes 6-12, and no colors! My friend and I were also in line for a fitting room and when it was finally our turn the employee didn’t acknowledge us. When I finally went into the fitting room, it was atrocious! There were clothes everywhere! This is not only happened once, this has happened multiple times! Most of the other employees are nice but they really have to step it up."

"Fully stocked with clothes but not staff. Only one employee working. Not good customer service. Store was clean and has a great selection for men and women for a small store. Pricy, but quality merchandise. Would probably do pickup for faster service since they are lacking in staff. They offer pick up service, probably because they want to save money on hiring employees."
