"The man at the register looked up and saw me standing there at checkout while he was done with his work …. Refusing to help me check out my items which I fine as a sort of discrimination!!!! Another person came and he helped them quickly!!! Rude and disrespectful I was there just waiting….!! Luckily someone else helped but still unprofessional and racist!!"

"I visited this location various times where I didn’t have any issues at all before. Today I experienced the complete Opposite. Looks like there was a white Karen manager who the whole time I was shopping was looking watching me and my husband and 1 year old child like if we were going to steal. Upon checking out she was giving us the side eye and watching us as we were being checked out. When it was time to pay she made sure to come over and when I handed her cash it’s like she couldn’t believe I was paying with 100 dollar bills and made sure to check them 4 times to see if they were real! Once she handed me back my receipt and change she gave it with such a sour attitude. I honestly couldn’t believe this behavior since every other times has been the complete opposite! Really debating on coming back, made shopping for my baby girl which is supposed to be exciting so uncomfortable.."

"The staff could use a customer service training. I had an order shipped to the store and they gave me the wrong package. I did not even realize it until I arrived home. I returned to the store to obtain my correct order and as soon as I walked in, I was told, " we were calling you, the cashier has your order". No apology for the inconvenience. And honestly, they were not that busy, this could havd been avoided. I will go to the Yonkers location from now on."
