The store closed a full HALF HOUR before listed closing time. I must emphasize that I fault, NOT THE WORKERS, but you, the larger corporation whom I assure fails to pay them living wages. Perhaps they would not be so exhausted if you paid them fairly. Please address my many concerns immediately. I eagerly await your response."

"While visiting NY, I noticed that the selections in all their stores are better than the same stores in Ohio. This store reminds of TJ max with just lower prices. The selections children clothes , mens, women, kids, home goods and more . The lines at checkout were long and wait was about 20 min"

"Not the best store at all. It is upstairs from a crappy Walmart which is ok. Burlington coat factory is very messy and although the prices are tempting and very low at times, it is disgusting and very messy. It does smell very nice when you get it which is nice. It does smell like cherry but the store doesn't look like the store at all. It's messy as hell! Yes it's very messy, everywhere is a mess in every isle and stains on the carpet and clothes are everywhere. I know it's a budget store but give me a break! It should be better than this. There are always long lines and very bad customer service like Walmart. They are lazy, they don't do anything but talk to the other employees and it's like a bother when you ask them a question. Do not come here even if your ballin on a budget! Go somewhere else!!"
