"I absolutely love it here & everyone is so friendly, including staff! The only thing that frustrates me is parking & they don’t use pet friendly salt when majority residents have pets. Being a pet friendly building I would hope the pets best interest is also being considered."

"I have lived at the Falls for a little over a year now, and I absolutely love it here. I have always appreciated how the Falls sends out info about the progress of construction and updates on parking availability, as parking has been limited with the new construction going on. The staff here at the Falls really works hard to make sure their residents are happy and cared for. They have always answered my emails in a timely manner and have always been polite. I appreciate the pet-friendly environment they have created here, and I look forward to new amenities in the near future."

"We have been at The Falls for a year now and have had a great experience! The premises is always clean and we have always felt safe. Staff is regularly visible, either in the office or out and about on the property. All of our staff encounters have been pleasant, which really enhances the experience of living here. One of the most important community aspects for us is how pet friendly the apartments are. Parking has been a point of frustration. It can sometimes be difficult finding a parking space anywhere on the property - especially during the evenings or on weekends. That said, construction on new buildings and amenities has impacted parking availability, so in the long-term I am looking forward to new amenities and more consistency with parking!"

"We moved into these apartments in January of 2022 and have loved our experience so far! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming, and the property management members are great! We love the community events and attention to detail from administration. The location is super convenient, and we feel safe as well. The apartments themselves are nice. There are so many other pet owners that this is great place to live if you have a dog or cat! The only issue we’ve had so far is parking; it feels like there isn’t quite enough parking spots. But that hasn’t really been that big of a problem for us. We’re excited for the upcoming additions and renovations!"

"This was the first place my husband and I had lived together at. As soon as we moved in during the winter the heat didn't work. Joan the manager quickly got it fixed. She also helped us get our uhaul stuck out of the snow along with one of the maintenance guys. Joan is a great manager here as she has always gotten on top of any problems we had. She noticed our blinds were messed up so she took it upon herself to get someone to fix them for us at no charge. My husband is in the Navy and needed to extend the lease a little bit because his time here wasn't up yet, she completely understood and was very helpful. If I ever had a problem she responded quicky and got it fixed. Even before we came to the apartments she was very helpful as I could not tour the apartments as I was living in another state, but my husband went up there and toured it. She was helpful before we moved in and during our stay and even after. The Falls at Pike Creek is a great option for military people as the people here show the up most respect. Definitely recommend staying here as It is also cheaper than staying near or on base! Also there's an added bonus of a fishing pond, small gym, tennis court, basketball court and even better a sauna!"
