The Reserve at Kenosha

"Plugged in a bad extension cord unknowing it was bad at one end, and it popped the breaker. Lost power to my garage, so I went to the office but unfortunately they were showing a new lease. So I drove back home, but noticed one of the maintenance techs golf carts. Asked if he could take a look at it, that I think the breaker is just popped but I didn’t know where the breaker panel was. He came and checked it out and went into the fire room and switched it back on. Didn’t make a service appointment, he just went above and beyond to help out and make time for me. Really appreciate the technicians here, all of them really do their best to keep things up and running and the complex always appears to be immaculate because of them."

"I am a new resident at the reserve and also a first time apartment renter. I can honestly say, from the application process to the day I received my keys, the staff as been nothing but helpful. Jen in the leasing office was my main point of contact and she was very open and honest with me - she is truly the best! Unlike other communities I inquired about, Jen answered all of my questions in a timely manner and did not make me feel dumb when I had questions regarding anything I signed. For my first apartment it was a little pricy for me, but with all the amenities that we have access to, I believe it’s worth it. I saw a review that someone said that staff asks you to do good reviews for gift cards - this is not true. Lol, though a gift card would be nice, this did not happen. **I will be sure to come back and provide an HONEST update after living and experiencing the community further, but so far no complaints here (:"

"The Reserve at Kenosha has a great friendly staff that is very helpful and accommodating to all the needs from move in dates to maintenance to move out. The staff was always amazing. The staff also members my name and face so the first time I walked in after move in they asked me how I was doing and used my name. Maintenance was always very quick to fix even the smallest problem. The amenities are amazing and it is very pet friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at apartments."

"It was with great sadness that I had to move out of my apartment at the Reserve. I LOVED my apartment and the people who lived and worked there. I had so much fun at their monthly resident events and felt a genuine care and concern from both the office and the maintenance staff. It was an ideal place to live. I loved the privacy and the quiet. I loved the feeling of safety and security I had there. I loved being close to Woodmans and the easy access to the highways. It is a beautiful place to live and there is no other place like it in Kenosha. Believe me, I looked at all of them!!! I highly recommend giving the Reserve a try, if you are looking for a peaceful, fun, clean, and caring place to live!"
