"I had a very bad experience with this company. My ex-husband and I lived for more than 2 years and since he died and we did not notify in advance, they charge us 2 months of rent for terminating the contract early. I have been waiting for the account statement for almost a month and I still have not received it, much less the rest of the initial deposit. I have called many times with the office staff and they do not give me any answer when they answer because they usually do not."

"I had the worse experience ever by calling this place to schedule to see an apartment, the person who answer was so rude, what happened to good customer service? Her answer was not a greet like I did, she went directly to " we don't do that here" then she just fallowed with: " we don't have anything", she was so rude, not even interested on when do we need it for. VERY unprofessional and rude, i wish i could take off stars not add. I just had surgery yesterday and I dont have that horrible attitude, looking at the reviews and my experience, I can actually say they have a racist issue"
