Riverwood Apartments

"Riverwood has been a great place to live the last 20 months. Relatively quiet and don’t hear neighbors except for occasional footsteps above or items dropped on the kitchen floor. Heated underground garages are wonderful. New dog park was added when I move in. Has agility items for the dogs, waste stations, trash receptacles, and a bench. Dog dna program has been helpful at deterring most people from not picking up after their dogs. Maintenance team is professional, knowledgeable, and gets things fixed quickly. Management team has been wonderful. They listen to any complaints, feedback, or suggestions while continuing to make improvements around the property. We just had new carpet installed in all common hallways, they host fun activities and events throughout the year. They even allowed me to add a small window air conditioner to my bedroom to help keep my apartment cool. In general they are more reasonable and accommodating to requests than previous rentals."

"My third year here. I work in NY, but I was moving here to be near family during COVID, and I planned to stay 6 months but ended up staying for three years. With allowed to work remotely. With new Management team is a champ and responds quickly and with maintenance. Nice to have storage and underground parking and feel safe. I love my apt. Riverwood always communicates ahead of time."

"Needing a short lease while waiting for our house to be built, Riverwood Apartments has been terrific for us! The complex is very well managed. Any changes to the normals are clearly communicated via email. For example, if an elevator needs routine maintenance, you will be clearly informed - no surprises. The grounds are well maintained. There's a small pond and a nice dog walk area that are quite charming. In addition, the refuse and recycling areas are well-kept. The neighbors have been pleasant but generally everyone minds their own business. The garage parking is great, and there is ample parking outside as well. It's been 25 or more years since my husband or I have lived in an apartment complex, and our experience at Riverwood has been way better than expected.We would do it again and are grateful for our time here."

"This will be our second year here and we love it here! From the nice and comfy apartments, wonderful and easy to access amenities, to very helpful and responsive management. We never really hear our neighbors, the grounds are beautiful, and the gym is great and always clean! There is also a really nice pool during the summer! As a young couple living in our first apartment together, we have been very happy!"

"My partner and I just moved here to Riverwood Apartments, and we are absolutely in love with our home!! For a long time, we had a hard time finding an apartment because of our credit checks and the type of cat breed that we have. When we applied to see an apartment here, we were worried we would have the same outcome as the other places we tried, and that it might be too overpriced. When we came and saw the apartment, we were not only throughly impressed with how absolutely stunning the current renovations had inside, but the view off of the 3rd floor into the marsh was just unbelievably incredible for how much they were offering it to us. When we applied- We not only did we get approved, but we were able to move in like right away. With the situation that we were in at that time, it was extremely helpful and appreciated on our ends endlessly! And if we’ve ever had any problems, whether it was maintenance or neighbor reasons, they’ve always been responded to and taken care instantly. We’ve only been here for roughly 3 months and I couldn’t have asked for a better home and community to be in. Plus they always have fun activities and events for our community which are always fun to see and participate in! Not to mention all the shopping, restaurants, and grocery/convenient stores we are located by. Just everything is perfect! Thank you to the staff and maintenance team of Riverwood Apartments for being so awesome and understanding to anyone who comes here and lives here. And thank you for letting us live here and be apart of this wonderful community for me and my family! "
