"My time at Northwest was absolutely terrible. The whole time was sitting in silence with nothing to do, terrible we went to learn nothing, to not get help or support. Kids were aggressive banging on doors trying to break in and running around the building and the other teens were so rude. This is NOT the place to be if you are trying to build a life worth living."
"DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE If I could leave a no star review I would. My child has an extreme list of mental health diagnoses and concerns. She was still accepted into this program with optimism that this would be good for her. Their structure is a not effective and more importantly their communication or lack there of is a joke. Never any updates. Any appointment we had with the care team was optimistic that the short time we had been there things were progressing in a normal state from what they see and then we were abruptly discharged stating she needs higher level care. Okay understandable except the call was made at the end of day stating she wasn't allowed to come back. This child needs 24 hour supervision and any further higher level care is months out on a waiting list. So we just stop all structured help available and literally get thrown to the wolves. Great job Northwest you should be proud of yourselves. Absolutely disgusting."
"1 out of 5 this was honestly not helpful at all i got kicked out for not going and that is one of the things i was struggling with this place was supposed to help me but it didn't not one bit. i get that some of us were difficult but it was your staffs job to help us and all we did was sit and do nothing all day, it was really pointless and a waste of my time."
