"I have been a patient at Green Bay Smiles for many years. Everyone from the front desk staff, hygienist, to the dentists are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am fortunate enough to only need to come in for cleanings but they always remember details about who I am (hobbies, etc.) so it feels like you are their only patient. Dr. Messer has your best mouth health in mind but will be conservative and not do unnecessary work."
"I had a couple cavities filled and now my face feels like it's being beaten in with a baseball bat every time I eat. I went from being pain-free to daily agony after one visit. The dentist did not disclose that excruciating pain is a potential outcome of having a cavity filled. Also, there are about four or five people scheduled at the same time so she runs out of the room every ten minutes to treat other patients. A thirty minute procedure ends up taking well over an hour. It's very disrespectful of the patient's time."
"I literally had so much dental anxiety before going to Green Bay smiles. EVERYBODY there is so kind and generous the dentist made me feel welcomed and was very particular on the work she does. I used to have to get the gas even just for fillings and I was able to not do that for the first time ever. They are so gentle and kind I had such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone. They are all amazing! I actually look forward to my future visits!!"
