"I called for an appointment for bitewing X-rays and an exam, which I was told would be approximately $200. Because I mentioned that I had a toothache on my upper left moler the tech did an additional X-ray on that tooth without saying she was doing that X-ray. I went to pay the bill and it was $265.00. The extra X-ray was $54.00. I told the person I was paying the bill to that I was told it would be approximately $200, why $65 more. She said it was due to that xtra X-ray. I told her that the tech never mentioned an extra X-ray. She told me she was sorry. Very disappointed!!"

"The providers here are fine. It isn't them I have an issue with. It is the receptionists. Why did my last review not show up? Is it because I told the truth about your receptionists screwing up constantly costing us at least 50 bucks in gas and hours of pain because they are careless with their job? So this time I chose 3 stars instead of 2 and would you look at that. It showed up. So since my last review isn't showing up I'll repost it. I have lost count the times the receptionists here have screwed up. We live out of town and because they screw up we have wasted at least 50 bucks in gas. Today my husband went in for emergency dental care and he witnessed them screw up multiple times. He was told to wait an hour so he did and they knew he was waiting. They never told him he had to sign back in and he lost his place and had to wait an additional hour. EMERGENCY CARE! He was in pain for crying out load. These receptionists need to be retrained because they absolutely suck at their job. EVERY TIME AND IM QUITE SICK OF IT."

"Dr. Heidi has been our sons for 10 years. We followed GBFD from the original office on Webster to their new location. Front desk staff, dental staff and Dr. Heidi have been kind caring and professional always. I will mirror concerns and frustration about covid care add on and high cost. GBFD costs are higher than many other dentists in the area. In addition it seems the last few years the hours the office is available have decreased or have become complicated. IMHO take it for what it's worth just an opinion. It is difficult to set up appointments. The office is open Monday - Thursday which significantly reduces availability. In addition this summer the office was closed for two weeks. It is nice to see doctor taking time to hang w family. But it is frustrating none the less. Having said all that we will continue to use GBFD bc of their professional kind and caring patient care."

"My son was seen today and his comment to be was: I love when you go into the dentist and not one person greets your or anything as you fill out the 6 pages of paperwork that they want. I have to say he is not wrong. I have felt the same way. Since moving to the new clinic the family "friendly" is lost."
