"First time patient!!! I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment for a filling that fell out of my front tooth and was able to get in the next day. I also tell them I am a terrible patient and have high anxiety, no empathy for that on the call. I show up to the Green Bay West Side location to a very dirty unkept office. Paint chips all over the wall, a bathroom door that doesn’t lock. The front desk girl not the most friendliest, asks me for my insurance card and ID. I was sent 2 emails the day before asking me for my insurance information and pictures of my insurance card front and back but she still asked for it in person. I waited a few minutes to be called back and was brought back to another area where the dentist would be and there again was a paint chipped wall and it didn’t look very clean either. The dental assistant I had was very soft spoken so I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times but she also didn’t say anymore than she had to. The Dentist comes in and sits in the chair and looks at my paper work, she never said hello or introduced herself and turns to me and asks what the issue is. I then explain that a filling fell out. She said is there pain, I advised no. She then goes back to the paperwork again to turn to me again to ask what was wrong and if there was pain. She looked at my mouth and told me that she cannot just fill the tooth because there was further decay and the tooth was pretty loose. She said we will have to do a root canal and a crown. A little background on me, I have nine teeth on top, within those nine teeth one is broken and another has a hole it it. I tell her I would like a partial or bridge she said you should keep your tooth and do a root canal and a crown. Isn’t this my mouth, my insurance, and my money? I have very crappy teeth and do not have money to fix all of them and quite frankly I am sick of chewing on my gums because I barely have top teeth and a partial would also give me more teeth. Mind you the bottom isn’t much better. I know if I took better care of my teeth I wouldn’t be here but I messed up as a kid and here I am. I can’t change the past. Moving on, she then tells me the broken tooth will need to be pulled, which is one tooth away from the one with this hole in it. So the tooth in between the two she tells me also needs a root canal and crown. My insurance only pays out like $1000 or $1500 a year which is likely the cost of one root canal and crown if not more than my maximum amount. A partial might be pricier however it more than likely will last longer than a crown or in my case two crowns. I said I want the partial, she said something about luckily they have just enough time to do X-rays and they will send in the paperwork for pre authorization to my insurance. The assistant comes back to do X-rays and barely says a word to me and takes my X-rays then said she would let the Dentist know and she’d be back soon. Again she comes back to the area doesn’t say anything to me and starts talking to the assistant in Spanish. She turns to me and says ok we will do a quick exam so we can send this information to your insurance company for pre authorization. She gets done with that than asks me if I would like to proceed with the cleaning, I was already there for a little over an hour and was on my lunch hour at the time and declined, but she just said to me before lucky they had time to do the X-rays but now suddenly they have time to do a cleaning too? As I was leaving I thought to myself I should’ve asked her to submit a pre authorization for a full top denture. I did call back to mention that to them and they spoke to the dentist and she said no the insurance wouldn’t cover that. Again this is my insurance and my money, it doesn’t hurt to turn it in but I’m sure they won’t. Oh and I forgot to mention my anxiety issue was never even mentioned. Not impressed this far."

"Pretty much what you would expect on the outside as a mediocre dental office. But once I got inside I was instantly greeted with nothing but a professional attitude by the front desk ladies. I was then greeted by a young man Elijah?, I think was his name and let me tell you what an incredible DA he is… just wow if anyone deserves a raise it’s definitely him. Very professional went above and beyond to make me feel better and my anxiety went away. I’ll be back for another visit just to have good service by him.. my teeth are fine!!"

"Staff was great, dentist was very kind. Good bedside manner, both himself and his assistant. Very considerate. Listened to me and understood my situation with prior health conditions. Took the time to explain my options, and explained what was necessary, as well as what the next steps were. Highly recommend! Thank you for a genuinely great dental experience."

"I called for a tooth extraction in the forenoon and they scheduled me for that very afternoon, even tho I was a new patient. The doctor was very friendly and helpful and tho I had a majorly sensitive tooth, he extracted it smoothly and without pain. I was very grateful for their amazing help in aiding me right away."

"Only took a few minutes to get me in for appointment. The staff was respectful and did a good job with x-rays and a light cleaning. The Dentist really checked my teeth over and developed a plan for a more thorough cleaning at a later time and willing to get the pre authorizations need from insurance for this. Very satisfied and I have had three visits in the last couple of years and all were the same. Very professional and respectful dental facility. Thank you"
