"My experience with Smart Scan was better than I could have ever imagined. From the moment I decided to have my MRI done at the Eau Claire location, the team there went above and beyond. Kathleen, one of the kind and helpful ladies at the front desk, called me multiple times to keep me informed on my authorization and provide nearly immediate appointment times. I thought I was going to have to wait days to even consider getting a scan, and with their persistence to get everything they needed, I could be seen less than 48 hours after they received the order from my provider. In addition to the fast access, the entire team on site had the best customer service from the moment I arrived. They helped to make an unideal situation much less stressful. There was great communication in the waiting room and throughout the roughly 45 minute scan. Myself and my provider then received the MRI results later that same day. I was shocked by the ease and efficiency throughout the entire process. I would recommend Smart Scan for any medical imaging needs."
