Shook Family Dental

"I'll just say Dr Randy Shook is one of the most down to earth Dr's you'd ever meet. 17 years ago or around there I was seeing another dentist in Eau Claire who I had been with for awhile. But one bad root canal just led to a barage of unique events and me developing intense nerve pain for 6 months. I was at a loss as to what to do or to even see. I literally picked up the phone and called the national dental hotline and gave them some of my info and just asked who they would recommend I said I want somebody l can trust. They referred me to Dr Shook who was working at Menomonie Street Dental and it wasn't long and I was in his chair and he so calmly said tell me your story and he listened to everything I had been thru. I didn't once feel like I had to rush thru my story so he could move on to the next patient. The way he knew just how to act and how to calmly yet with great confidence told me what his plan was gonna be for me. And I literally never felt more trust in someone than that day. Sometimes a series of unfortunate events can really make us question if we'll ever feel normal again and it really wasn't long and I felt back to myself. And throughout the years he basically was my 3 daughters dentist from toddlers until they were adults. Dr Shook I'll definitely miss seeing you and chatting and literally have always left laughing from something he said that was funny. You are simply the best and I wish you much joy and happiness as you do what everyone dreams to do someday and that's to simply enjoy your family and get as much time with your grandkids as you can.
