"Our appointment was at 10:40, Noone came out until 11:15/20. Once back there went quickly, it would of just been nice if someone could of came out sooner to say, hey sorry we're running behind..."

"Staff can be a bit condescending. If a child is perfectly behaved at their dentist appointments and has no problem with having their teeth filled, putting them to sleep is 100% unnecessary. Was told here that he needed crowns. Switched to Smiles in Motion and they said he only needed very minor fillings, and that there is absolutely no reason to put him to sleep. EDIT: Yes, of course I asked for reasoning. It would be quite irresponsible not to. Having to find a new provider isn’t the most fun process, so I wouldn’t have done it just because. The reason? “We always use sedation, it’s safe”, and “crowns last longer”. When I said he didn’t need sedation is when they got rude and condescending. I don’t need his fillings to last forever, as his teeth are falling out. Crowns do however make more money for a dental practice, as does sedation. Sorry, but most people would never choose to do multiple crowns on very minor baby teeth cavities. Based on reviews, I am not the only one who has had an issue at this practice."

"It's been almost 5 years and my daughter is still traumatized. The dentists had me sign a waver to restrain if combative. I didn't think anything of this at the time. I was also not allowed in the room during procedure so I had no idea what was happening. My normal teenager daughter says they ignored her pain when she was little and held her down. She felt everything. Do not take your children here they are defenseless."

"Thankfully I can give the perspective of the patient. I’ve been going there since been used to be the dentist. Absolutely love the place he was so nice, was is my favorite thing on earth. But since they have come into new management and gotten a new doctor, because been retired. It’s been horrible. The dentist choked me with a mirror. Just a couple weeks ago I got my left side done, it’s been two weeks I can’t eat I can’t drink, and I can’t stand cold things on that side of your mouth which was never the case before I went there. During the process, she didn’t even care if I was numb, she started sewing my tooth and apparently I was bleeding really bad. I absolutely don’t recommend. I still have to get a hold of them for my tooth to see what all happened. And in the process of currently finding a different dentist to just fix my teeth."

"Would love to give them no stars, if I could. I used to enjoy this place, and I now understand why I don’t. I was talking to the front desk lady and heard they were under new owners. They have very poor customer service and no communication with patients /parents at all. Let’s start off with this poor communication, I called and called their phone number, left a voicemail or two, and waited 3 weeks, no answer. So I finally had to go in just to talk to the front desk about rescheduling an appointment. Not even sure if the even cared to check the voicemails, because I surely never got any call backs. Why would you schedule my child an appointment for a time during all of the dental hygienist’s lunch? We arrived 10-15min early before set appointment time, and they had us wait a whole entire hour, starting from arrival, until they started the appointment. Have better time management please instead of wasting our time with having us wait there. Also wanted to mention the last time we were here, I went to the back with my child, and there was a hygienist cleaning a boys teeth and she was making fun of him, when he said he brushes his teeth. Why make fun of a kid? Whether he told the truth or not I don’t think you should be judging and saying, with attitude by the way: “I'm sure you do brush and floss your teeth. I’m sure your mom and dad don’t give you any candy and soda at all.” It’s YOUR job and you know what you signed up for. Kids can’t even comprehend that kind of attitude and just watching that interaction of her unkindness through out the appointment for him broke my heart. Definitely never coming here again. I used to recommend this place, but because of this visit and the last, I’m done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. I wish all the best for this place, but either fix your management and everything, or please just close down so a better place can come next."
