"Really disappointed in the fact that they moved locations but then aren't allowing "new" patients when their not new patients but yet it's the same place and dentist my kids have been seeing their entire lives just a different location."

"Do not do business with these people. They have no organization in their back end billing. They will flat out tell you they had issues getting bills sent out and you may not have gotten one but send you to collection (even if you offer to pay in full at the appointment). If you call them they escalate you to someone who talks to you like a criminal if you ask questions and hangs up on you when you ask for someone else. Consider yourself lucky if you never interact with them- what a mess!!"

"My girls have seen other dentists but once we met Dr Rena, we’ve never seen nor wanted to see any other dentist. She knows how to make them feel brave even when shes filling a cavity. She’s great at what she does."

"Was treated very rudely and was not allowed to go back with my child. I was given a 15 minute lecture on why they wouldn't allow me back with my daughter. NEVER expect anyone to call you back. IN FACT, when I asked them why they hadent called me back, they told me they don't call patients back, they wait until the person calls them. Huh? They also told me they do not like filling cavities on children because it 'traumatizes' them. Instead they did some kind of silvadine (sp?) Treatment on two of my kids to stop the cavities from progressing. It did not work, and has since done damage to both of my children's teeth. Both of my kids who were treated with this silvadine stuff have had teeth pulled prematurely. I decided to wait and see how long it would be to see if I got any calls from northlakes on setting up appointments for my children, it has been TWO years and just last week I received a letter in the mail from them saying that my children's teeth are important to them and they need me to call to set up an appointment. I really don't know how this place is still open. Absolutely horrible in every way."

"Not very impressed with the hygienist. My five year old was asked if she drink chocolate milk and I received a 5 to 10 minute lecture on this so-called problem. My child does not have any cavities nor does she drink juice or eat much candy at all. I am very mindful about what she eats. we decided to leave this place when they continued to have us wear masks. Kind of ridiculous. And when I tried to get my child’s records for our new clinic. It seem like they gave me the runaround due to them being taken over by this new community clinic. But miraculously after pushing then the dentist called and said that they would get this full mouth x-ray to my new dental clinic. I don’t know but this seems really ridiculous that you can’t get your own stinking records just because you changed ownership."
