"Sitting in the lobby for over 2hrs waiting for a room while child suffers pain. Apparently all the patients coming in are more important than a child. Wild to see people coming in and leaving before a single person can help our kid. Never coming to Mayo emergency again. This is ridiculous."
"The ER experience with my husband was Absolutely outstanding! Everyone was pleasant and friendly and very efficient. We were there for 6 hours and every minute of it was wonderful. I can't say enough about the Doctor and the staff. Thank you!"
"I used to think this was a great hospital last week my husband was hospitalized here for several days. Daily cares not given. Communication to family did not exist, and if you have concerns...better know the right questions to ask. Family told nurses their concerns with patient but it wasn't passed on or put in notes. As I had to tell Dr and they had to reach out to nurse to check, as it wasn't passed on I saw call lights on and some staff on cell phones at nurses station? This didn't just include nurses. Dr's as well! Very unhappy with the way he was taken care of. Staff do NOT seem to care about the patient. Its just a job/paycheck......period!"
"I’d rather die, then ever be seen here again. Ive literally held their own bill in my hand as proof of my amount owed and the demanded 3x. My elderly father is currently sick here. The lock the doors on the weekend. Built a 20 million new entrance; they keep locked. Had to drive 1/2 a mile to the ramp, then walk 2 miles inside, to not be let in to see him because we aren't fitted for an n95 mask. This is the worst hospital in the world. Absolutely corrupt."
"I was gonna go here at one point. I ended up missing a few appointments due to unexpected circumstances and having to deal with a roommate who was keeping me up at night time doing drugs. I was sleeping during the day and too tired to make it to my appointments. I ended up changing my mind and now I'm going to a different place. What makes me not want to go back is they kept calling and calling and calling me back. Since before Christmas I've had over 40 calls from them. You would think someone not answering after a week they would get the hint. I've never had a hospital do this. 3 calls in under 30 minutes is crazy. Feels like harassment. I had to start blocking numbers it was so bad."
