"I have been going to Glow Med Spa Carrytown for almost 3 years! I've had several waxing technicians, but Sawaii has been the best. She's very professional, friendly, and she's quick but quality is great! I come every 4 weeks for Brazilian wax, and I highly recommend Sawaii as one of the technicians. Scheduling is also easy to make."

"I have had two waxes with them which were fine! I drove 45 minutes into the city for a wax appointment this weekend and was told I did not have an appointment despite a confirmation email when I booked a month prior at my last visit. Receptionist informed me that the person I had booked with had left the company. She did not offer an apology or a way to fix the solution. When said person left company, they should of called to reschedule my appointment rather than delete from system. I do not recommend going- poor customer service."
