"This was a hard decision whether to post this review or not. My friend went into their store to buy a radiator and I had to split the purchase between two cards. Immediately after the first card is authorized a hurricane hits and their computers go down not allowing for the other transaction to be completed. They tell my friend if he goes to get cash, he can pay for the other part in cash. So he leaves-IN THE HURRICANE!!!!- to find an ATM. When he returns they have somehow decided that is no longer a viable option for payment. Then they proceed to spend the next THREE hours arguing with him and NOT allowing him to pay for the radiator. They basically call him a thief saying “how do we know you won’t cancel the transaction one you leave”!!!! Seriously you want to call MY GUY a thief!!?? Wel…. So now this sore has $101 of mine without me receiving any goods or services so the only thief I see here is them!! But wait….there is more!!! He returns the next morning like they ask and I held there another THREE HOURS arguing with an IT guy who says the credit card payment has been returned. It has not. Now they’re trying to say if I purchase it today it’s MORE EXPENSIVE!!!!! IT SHOULD BE FREE WITH A SEXY STRIPPER INSTALL at this point!!! Now, the manager, Roz, AMAZING!!!! Give this man a raise and a nobel peace prize! However the policy and technical support of this company is EMBARRASSING and they should be ashamed of what they put us through. Please just go to NAPA and Roz you deserve better!"

"Around a month ago, two employees at this store made a huge difference in my life by a simple, humble action. I am a single mother and also a social worker, was trying to get home to get my kindergartener off the bus when I got a total flat tire down the street from this store. Not having the time or knowing how to change a tire, I pulled into the parking lot because there was no where else to go and went inside, found Julio and Aaron, who went out of their way to help me change my tire, and quick enough to get home to get my daughter off her bus, all the while having to lay on the ground in the parking lot to get the spare tire/parts from underneath my car! The staff here are obviously very selfless and caring, and I think anytime I need any auto part, battery or maintenance item in the future, I know where I am going! HUGE thank you to your kindness and for being human in an unfamiliar world!"
