"AWFUL! Purchased a light from another store 25 minutes down the road and it didn’t work. Tried to return it at this store the following day and was denied. Called the store I bought it from who told me the guy I talked to was full of it and I could return it to any store within 30 days. Tried to tell me he couldn’t accept the return because it was “ open and couldn’t be resold. “ I got a defective product so now I’m stuck with it because it was sold to me already bad? Manager was a sarcastic and didn’t want to take it back."

"I've had many experiences in this store and they've been great the majority of the time. Don't forget humans work here. We're not happy go lucky all the time. But they've always been professional. I'm writing this because of a worker named Prince. My momma called about an alternator under warranty. There was some sort of mix-up when she originally bought it so it wasn't easy to find in their computer. The gentleman PRI CE stayed on the phone trying to help my mom for 58 MINUTES!!! And never once gave her an attitude or made her feel like she was wasting his time. This employee was dedicated to helping his customer and you've got to reward that at least with a little recognition. Thank you PRINCE!!"
