"Ideal for kids. It’s cute and fun and there are tvs and lollipops! The haircuts are fast which is a good thing. My 5 year old boy loves his haircut."
"I could get them 0 stars I would. I am beyond upset the way my son’s first haircut appointment was handled today. He has beautiful curls, I was hesitant about cutting it and I should have listened to my gut and walked out when we first checked in….our apt was scheduled for 12:15 and I arrived 5 mins late due to traffic. I called to let them know we would be late, and the receptionist advised me it was okay. I walk in already nervous as it’s my first time there and my son’s first hair cut. I go to check in and our stylist doesn’t speak, but just says what time is the appointment? I said I called and was told it was okay that I was a few minutes late. She proceeded to tell me that she has to take a lunch and if she doesn’t now she won’t get one….I am shocked. The receptionist tells her that she told us it was okay. So she tells us to come over, She doesn’t acknowledge my son, ask his name, doesn’t engage with him. She just started cutting. She kept telling him to keep his head still or look this way. Mind you he is 2 and has never had a haircut before. Not once did she go back and check his hair or walk in front to make sure everything was evened. I felt extremely rushed because she wanted to go on her break. So when we go to the car and I can actually look at his hair I can see that it is not even on both sides, long pieces of hair hanging at his ears. This was suppose to be a first hair cut experience… we didn’t even get the certificate we were suppose to receive."
"Not a great first haircut experience for my daughter. The hairstylist didn’t do much to make my daughter feel comfortable just told me to hold her hands down so she could cut her hair. I wanted this to be a fun experience with the card and picture that the website says is included in the “first haircut experience” but I got a blank card to fill out on my own and a sad kid. The haircut looks fine for her spending like a minute cutting it. Very expensive for the amount of time spent on my daughter"
"Love this location. My little has had numerous cuts here and has never had a bad experience. Most recent visit, my daughter decided to cut her own hair. The stylist did an amazing job blending everything in."
