"Chris was super helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. BUT the store was actually hotter inside than it was outside and it was 101°. I believe this shows a lack of respect for the employees as well as the customers. Obviously you do not want your customers to look around and shop. AND I did notice there wasn't any drinks in the cooler. I would have thought if the AC is broke you would at the very least supply your workers with water!!! Shame on you!!!"
"7:00 pm on July 31st. Bought new battery. Worst customer service ever. The representative said they provide installation service. However, he was too lazy to do it. He sent us to another location. So I went to the store on Chamberlayne Ave. and had an excellent customer service representative who not only assist me in replacing the battery efficiently, did it with a smile on his face."

"Great variety also had the paint book to help me find the correct color to touch up my vehicle. Nice employee but the place has virtually no heat. On days like 96degrees outside you'd think the owner would have that fixed for customers and their employees"
