"I have not been to the store in person, but I have called and had WONDERFUL full customer care. A dress was ordered from another location since it was no longer in stock in the Richmond store. The associate found the dress and it was sent within 4 days without a shipping fee! Unfortunately, the dress did not fit & a receipt was not sent by the other retailer, but it was completely hassle free! The Richmond store gladly allowed me to mail the item back to the Richmond store and would provide a full return! Would gladly make other purchases with the company & at this location!"
"SOUTH MOON UNDER , I LOVE IT! this store always has everything i want! lindsay the manager and sam who is a new girl are both SO awesome, all the other girls are too, the really take pride in their jobs and love to help you find things...sometimes its higher prices but everything i have gotten from there is quality and when someone compliments me the answer is always SOUTH MOON UNDER! i suggest you go here if youre into fashion and looking to be "hip" oh and when they DO have sales.... everything is a STEAL!"
