"I don't go here often; when I do, it is for the prices, deals, and special occasions. They have what you need for dressing up or dressing down. Please don't go for customer service; it won't happen. The most interaction that you will receive is telling you your total. My rating considered all these factors and the totality of our visit."
"I found a shirt I liked and the gentleman stocking helped get my measurements and was very kind. But I don’t like or know why I need to give my phone number to make a purchase. When the agreement popped up on my screen the cashiers just pushed agreed before I could read it. If there is an agreement that they are asking me to sign I don’t need the cashier to make that decision for me. I tend to always get a incredibly rude and abrasive employee when I go here. I would give it 1 star but the guy stocking shirts was very nice and the next cashier I went to listen to me explain my disappointment with the other cashier. If the store had more employees like the one stocking, the store would be a much better experience. Stop requiring phone numbers and making an account when I’m literally in the store with cash in my hand, it’s one of the worst policy I have heard a company make."
"Great deals, I always find suits for my 9-year-old. It’s like a mini department store. You can get dress clothes for men, women, and children. Really good selection of men’s accessories. AND a good selection of shoes. 4 stars only because sometimes it can be a bit disheveled."
"A great place for dress clothing. I am very pleased with customer service I received from Russell. He helped my wedding party look very sharp for a great price. I even had the alterations done on site. Don't forget to sign up for the email alerts for coupons!"
