"The associates were dressed, professional, and very friendly. Clothing was beautiful! Unfortunately, the prices were too high for my pockets."
"I walked in went straight to the cashier and the first thing the blonde woman said was “what’s up”? I was stunned- I said hi, I’m hear to get my online order- What’s up? Wow! Then as I was leaving, before checking out - I was browsing around, and again said now “so what are we doing”? Also instead of saying “your welcome”, she uttered ahhh haaa”. Like how is this professional at all? 2 other ladies in the store also, and not one came up to me and said “can I help you find something”? Terrible Customer service- this was today around 2:30pm 6/21. did not make me feel comfortable nor do I want to return. Was it because I was in sweats and my hair pulled back bc of the rain? wow- won’t be shopping here again."
"Today was the second time we had a poor experience at this location. We were attempting to return two items with a gift receipt when the manager repeatedly (no less than 5 times), told us their system said one of items had been returned. Clearly the item hadn’t been returned as she was holding it in her hands, which I pointed out to her. She then proceeded to ask if the price had been adjusted. It was gift…so I am not sure how we were supposed to know that. Luckily it was a gift from my mom and we were able to call and ask on the spot, however all the while the manager’s delivery was condescending and she was turning red while speaking to us. It was an awful experience all around and we will absolutely not be going back although the store is only 5 minutes from us and my wife enjoys shopping at WHBM. We would rather travel to DC or shop online going forward than have to put up with that sort of treatment. If corporate is reading this, we urge you to address the manager’s attitude."

"Excellent customer service!! We loved the selection of the blouses, jackets, and dresses. The assistance that we had was amazing! The staff is so friendly and really help the customer, and I appreciate the help in switching sizes out!! I LOVE THE CLOTHING . I do miss their location beside BEECROFT AND BULL, but this is nice in short pump with all of the other stores."
