"I received an e gift card after I did an interview when the store first opened and recently went up there to use my $40 gift card and one of the managers there told me that the gift card expired and they changed POS systems. I’m sorry but this is not the way to do business professionally and keep a customer such as myself. I was never informed that the gift card expired especially when it had only been a year. Communication about this gift card expiring would have been nice."
"I’m just going to be flat out honest…. TAXING REALLY HARD ON SHOES THAT ARE STILL IN STOCK ONLINE FOR 115 bucks panda dunks are not 230 bucks im sorry but this is insane i feel like they put a sneaker store in shortpump for parents who don’t understand that they can go on eBay or goat or stock x and cut these prices almost in half… im sorry but this store just seems like a scam to me save your money and shop online or maybe even other resell stores but laces is TAXING dude there prices are stupid and the sad thing is THEY KNOW IT! If you want to see a shoe that is rare in person by all means pull up to laces treat it like a museum not a sneaker store you’ll be really disappointed"

"Buyer beware!! Check to make sure they did their job correctly. You have one job. Put the correct size shoes as a pair in the box. Seriously. Had to make a second trip out of my way and time to correct their error and there was no offer to even compensate me for the trouble. $340 shoes cost my time and gas money. If you’re going to gouge your customers at least provide good customer service. Save your time. Order online."
"I feel like the positive reviews here were written by family friends because my son bought a pair of sneakers and when I realized he spent $350 I tried to return within 1 minute of running the card. The “manager” told me only store credit. I found the exact same pair, new online at 5 different stores for $139.99. All five stores the same price. I agree with the other reviewer also that the T-shirts are $120. The store was empty yesterday and today. SOO confused how anyone could think they are getting a fair price!!"
