"Went in for a TPMS light issue. The first person I spoke to was Owen, who was awesome and reassuring. The service advisor that came to speak to me was Harry, who never let me get a word in and I couldn’t barely explain what was going on with the car. I didn’t even approach him in a rude manor until he kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak. He acted like a know it all and was super rude and arrogant. Sucks because when I bought the car, everything went great. But Harry is not somebody who should be talking to any customer if he’s going to have an attitude the way he did. Owen talked to me after and again deescalated the situation with me at least, much respect for Owen though!"
"I encountered difficulties with service representative Brandon, who displayed a lack of attentiveness towards my inquiries. Hopefully his manager Daniel was nearby and resolved an issue in a timely manner."
"Made an appointment for vehicle repair and dropped off the car. Were gone on vacation for 8 days and it was supposed to be ready when we got back. No voicemails when we returned. Apparently the technician didn't even start working on the car until Friday (we returned on Saturday). So now we have another week + without the car because apparently they can't schedule their work appropriately. It also took 3 days for them to evaluate the damage on the car (months ago and an appointment was also made for that) and they STILL didn't account for it all. I can't stress how much I would not recommend them."
"Always a great experience with the Lexus of Richmond service department. I got squeezed in first thing on a Saturday so I could have a tire looked at before work. And when they didn't have the replacement in stock they offered me a loaner so I could get to work for the weekend. All around great staff and experience."
