"Had a bad experience at your location at 5915 W. Broad St Richmond VA today. I went there to replace my car battery for a 2014 Ford Mustang. After purchasing the battery, the clerk tried to install the battery but could not find the correct tool. My impression was the correct fitting tool was misplaced and not in the tool box. The clerk then got help from another employee but she also could not install. They made it seem my Ford Mustang was a foreign vehicle requiring special tools. I did receive a credit for the battery purchase but all of this took a lot of my time. I will not return to this site if a Ford cannot not be handled with anything."
"I needed a new battery for my Audi A-8 Quattro. The dealership told me it would be $500 because you have to program the codes for this battery. I'm like hell to the new naw. I called O'Reilly auto parts spoke with Ragner and he was knowledgeable polite and he was able to get the batter and install it. Saved me $250 these guys are amazing. Ragner is the man asked for him he will help solve all your car problems"
