A piece of merchandise was ordered for my vehicle and he chose to get it previously owned to cut down on price. The piece arrived missing the two attachments on the ends to hold it in place. The sales person worked to find something that would fit on it and I left the store some time later very satisfied. I am grateful for everything that he did to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Thank you very much !!! I would give 15 stars for the service I received yesterday."
