"Car battery unexpectedly died (was only 2 years old). Got the car to this location with an hour before closing and Skip was an awesome help! He checked to make sure that the battery was the issue and not something else. Once it was determined it was the battery, he looked up my account and saw that the battery was still under warranty. The system was having some issues, but made sure I was covered. He ensured that the battery was securely installed before we left. Skip was friendly and made the process as stress free as possible!"

He asked me if I needed help with anything before I even entered the store. I was coming in to pick up a part for my daughters car and he was super helpful.
