"I had the pleasure of working with Jeff, Joel, and Melody for some physical therapy I needed on my shoulders after an accident. Kristie was standing in as the receptionist while I was getting Therapy and she was SO accommodating as far as scheduling my appointment as well as checking me in. I never had to announce myself because she knew who I was and my therapists were always waiting for me on arrival. I felt like I was a priority while being seen and I really feel like they all were on the same page as far as what exercises I would be doing for the day. I highly recommend going to Pivot! They take most insurances and won't have you waiting weeks and weeks for an appointment because they have the staff to accommodate the schedule."
