"If I didn't have to go here, I wouldn't. They stabbed me in my gums and I was bleeding, and then proceeded to tell me it is because I don't brush enough and I just started bleeding randomly. What a complete joke. I could literally feel my gums being stabbed! Forced to sit there and take it until the end. Looked at some reviews and other people have similar experiences. Sadistic people here."

"My brothers have had braces on for almost 4 years when they both were initially given time frames under 2. The office has called the day before almost every single appointment in those years and rescheduled for 2-4 weeks out from the initial date. There have been multiple occasions where we have arrived for the appointments just to go inside and find out the orthodontist didn’t come in and they forgot to let us know. Getting in touch with this location specifically is almost impossible as they never seem to answer the phone. When one of my brothers had all of his wisdom teeth removed, they sent his prescriptions to a pharmacy that did not have the medication. After calling multiple times to try and have it sent to another pharmacy with them not answering, I called the main office and when they tried to get in touch with them we found out they CLOSED 30 minutes before 5pm so we were unable to get any help until the following day with antibiotics or pain medicine for 4 teeth being cut out. It has been nothing but complications with the entire office and staff and no matter the complaints or concerns you voice they don’t seem to actually care about their patients. I’d give this location 0 stars if I could. Unprofessional and unreliable is an understatement and should never be used to describe any kind of health care."

"I took my five year old here to establish care, but also with questions regarding two of his teeth. He has a black tooth due to trauma, and one that has since recovered. The teeth were not painful, just discolored. We were called and brought to the back, and I was immediately concerned with how filthy the floor and chair was. The hygienist was very friendly and nice to my son, so I tried to let it slide, but was already grossed out. There was buildup on the chair that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. My son was in an adult size chair (which is fine) but he was told to hold himself up with his feet which I thought was odd since they advertise being a pediatric dentist and figured there would be a booster seat (or something similar). The hygienist was great and x-rays were taken - my son’s teeth cleaned and he was happy. I have no issues with the hygienist, she even got coloring books for my daughter who was with me. Then, a woman walked up to me and told me that my son’s front tooth needed to be pulled as it was abscessed. I asked “this woman” if she could also check the other front tooth as that tooth used to be black, but has since recovered and was back to being white. She looked at the x-rays, does not look at my son’s mouth, and says that his other front tooth needs to be pulled too. She hands me a folder and tells me to check out front. I walked to the front to dentist and find out “that” woman was the dentist. The dentist proceeds to tell the front desk receptionist to schedule my son for a pulpectomy. The front desk receptionist corrected the dentist to tell her what the correct procedure name was. Needless to say, I got a second opinion, the next day, from a dentist in the area, and was told there is no tooth pulling, pulpectomy/pulpotomy, or that anything needed to be done to my son’s teeth since they were not abscessed and we could wait until they fall out. I have now called the office and the call center three times hoping to speak with a manager, or anyone, really. I have yet to hear from anyone and only get sent to customer service to file a complaint. This office was dirty and the dentist had terrible bedside manner. She didn’t introduce herself and quite frankly seemed uneducated in pediatric dentistry. My son would have had a pointless procedure had we not gotten a second opinion. …. Everything just seemed odd."

"Can't remember the dentist's name but the woman dentist is absolutely horrible. She stabbed my son in the tongue multiple times when numbing him then screamed at him when he started crying. Also when she was pulling one of my teeth she cut my gums so much it took months to heal and I couldn't eat. Worst experience ever!!!!!"
