"Spent the entire day getting work done on my teeth. The front office staff and Kathie were very friendly and helpful setting up my follow up appointments. My dental hygienist Kathy was wonderful and my dentist Dr. Wryter was amazing. She explained everything beforehand and took her time to make sure it was completed properly. Very happy with everyone I encountered today. My two kids ages 8 and 12 was seen yesterday. They are fabulous with kids. Will definitely return."

"Very affordable, having had braces in the past and my teeth shifting over time I went in for a consult thinking I wanted invisilign. From the front desk to the dentist, all were friendly knowledgeable. Dr. Mawaldi found an exposed root that my hygienist had not discovered in my cleaning just one month prior, which prevented lower braces however his recommendation was satisfactory and I am very pleased with his care, his assistant Tiffany was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked very well with the dentist in placing the brackets and for my follow up appointment. Courtney and Alecia were also very friendly and helpful in getting everything done financially and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Kool Smiles and will go there in the future"

"Have been going to the office in Winchester for over a year now. I have been very impressed with the thorough job they do. However, this last week we were in for other appointments and had a different experience. They have a substitute dentist in there until this Friday. He was not detailed, was quick and painful. I left hoping that he had done the fillings right. I am not one to usually write negative reviews but this time thought maybe I should warn. If you go in this week just request the woman dentist. I don't remember her name. But she is wonderful."

"My son is very young and I was suggested that he should be put to sleep to get his dental work done. I must admit I very scared about doing so, since he was only 3 and it was a scary process. But when I gave Kool smiles a call they explained the process and even gave background information on the doctor. They definitely helped ease things in my mind. When I went in for the appointment I was very please to see a few familiar faces. But not only that they were the best support team. They walked me through everything and explained everything so well I had no questions to ask. They were such an amazing group of people. Not only did they make sure my son was comfortable but they also made sure I was. After today I can say I absolutely love this place!!"
