I called in and immediately he stated that he had the digits in my SS# misconstrued. Next day, still he didn't give me a quote. This is unprofessionalism at it's finest. They collect valuable information, who knows what they do with it. You should be very careful when providing your valuable information, just because they work at an insurance company."

"I would not recommend for a few reasons: I had my health and dental benefits through this agency and always had a hard time getting them to respond to my questions/claims. Then 2 weeks after the date of my enrollment, I went to the dentist and the dental office could not find the plan I was in, to which I later found out that Partlow Insurance (Suze and her team) did not enroll me at the date they stated. It was fixed but only after I had to make 10 phone calls. THEN to finish off my experience with them, I have gotten numerous calls from my children's doctor office because Partlow apparently only submitted 2 of my 4 children into the plan.. which meant more phone calls to fix. What a total disorganized mess. I would go elsewhere."
