"I had taken my son in to have a tooth extraction. He was put under general anesthesia. I had spoken with the doctor before hand. She had let me know that once he is asleep they will do additional x-rays and then bring out the treatment plan… once he was back and put to sleep, the assistant named erin came out and shared with me The treatment plan. The treatment plan had stated that he would have one tooth extraction and crowns put in his mouth. once his procedure was finished the doctor had brought me back into the room and had told me that he had three teeth removed. I was very confused for the simple fact that I DID NOT CONSENT TO AN ADDITION TWO TEETH BEING REMOVED NOR WAS I TOLD THAT INFORMATION IN THE TREATMENT PLAN …. I consented to one tooth extraction, and crowns. I said I knew nothing about the other TWO tooth being pulled NOR WAS THIS TOLD TO ME. She had asked me if the assistant had explained this to me. I stated she did not. She only stated that there was going to be one tooth pulled with the crowns. the doctor had told me that she would go out and speak with the assistant in regards to the situation. The doctor came back and stated that the assistant admitted to not telling me about the addition other teeth extractions and was so sorry that she did not mention to it. Also that she was going to handle the assistant. the doctor apologized and stated she was very sorry for what had happened. She would’ve never done the procedure if I if she would’ve known I didn’t Consent. I said, this is very disappointing and and left me speechless as to how something like this could’ve happened to my child. I take him to have one tooth removed with the crowns and they had removed two additional teeth one of his mullers and two bottom front teeth. My child was not cared for in this situation what so ever. instead Of the doctor coming out and relaying to me the procedure plan with full and accurate information. They took it upon there self to act freely and preform two UNAUTHORIZED tooth extraction, without my consent. I got the chance to speak with the owner about it and he said that they do not just pull teeth to pull it and that the bottom teeth that were pulled was going to be very beneficial to my son and myself so that he didn’t have to get braces when he got older. I stated this is very unacceptable and not ok. I hope no parent will have to endure something like this my 10 year old son is very hurt and confused as to why they pulled his bottom teeth out."

"Our children are 18,16 and 11. They have been going to Dr. A and staff for 10 years, and they enjoy going. When the youngest was 2yrs old and started to go, they took her into her own little room to get her settled and use to the environment. Dr. A TOOk his time showing her the mouth instruments and talked and played with her . He was very good with her. Love the staff, atmosphere and the play room."
