"Left a very unique phone charger in my room, called the same day I left motel, only to be told to call back in morning when house keeping was there. Upon calling was told that she (head of housekeeping) would look into this and call back directly. After 2 hours I called again only to be told the house keeping head was not available and they would call back, which they did only to say no one had seen the charger. Very disappointed in the house keeping trust at this hotel."
"I booked a 3 nights stay for NYE weekend. I've read the mixed reviews about uncomfortable hard beds & pillows. However, that was not the case on my visit. I slept on a very comfortable bed with soft pillows. Another bonus is that the location is walkable. There's a mall within a mile from the hotel. The breakfast was also good. My only complaint was that the bathroom's wallpaper near the sink was slightly peeled. Other than that. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it to others."
"Stayed here with my family for Thanksgiving weekend. It was very clean. We had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was maybe an 8/10. Nothing fancy but still tasty."
"I gave the hotel 1 star because in my years of traveling I never had to request for the room to be clean. But comfort inn at Hampton Va said that how it works there. Additionally I was not informed of the policy while checking in. I found out the hard way, after a long day at the Va hospital, I walked in to the same room I left, garbage running over and no clean linen or towels."
"Very nice and comfortable hotel room. Hotel staff was very accommodating! When we arrived we couldn't check in until 11:00 AM or by 4 PM. That was bit inconvenient and to not pay for more to get our room early we had to come back later. I also had a put a hold on my card before I did check in. No Netflix and YouTube TV didn't even work. Overall it was a nice stay."
