"Everything is decent, but not having hot water is a problem for me. The staff are great and the bed is comfy but I cannot shower under lukewarm water. They tried letting me use a different room and it also only had lukewarm shower water. Enjoy that if you can."
"Digital check-in and keyless entry to the room worked flawlessly and made everything very easy. No interaction with any staff was necessary at all. The room was clean and tidy, and the television had an exceptional wall-mount that allowed it to stretch way out across the entertainment center for a better viewing angle from the bed. Very happy with the stay, and next time I'm in the area I will be choosing the Hyatt again."
"The staff, Rose at the front desk, Akeem in the dining area, and what seemed to be the one maintenance man running himself ragged we're all super polite and accommodating. The only minor staff issue we had was a manager Mr Banks that is very flippant on the phone until you show up in person. The hotel needs a little love as the water pressure for the showers and sinks are very poor. The rooms are "updated," but the carpets in both the rooms we were in were stained. But it's one of the cleaner and more updated hotels in the area we've stayed in."
"Loved this stay! The lobby area and fire pit outside are really nice! One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in a while, honestly. The staff is very polite and accommodating. Location is great, parking lot is brightly lit at night and felt safe. Super dog friendly here, which was great. The rooms are very clean and modern. Really loved the hot breakfast in the morning. The only minor annoyance that I had was having to use a key card in the elevator to access the second floor. I assume this is for safety, but it was difficult when bringing in several bags/luggage each trip. I would rather be slightly inconvenienced than be unsafe though, so it really doesn’t change my rating at all. Would def stay here again."
