My husband in extreme pain in his heels and I have extremely flat feet and plantar ficiatis, we were promptly greeted by Gary the good feet store representative. After being fitted for inserts for my husband in steel toe boots for work he was walking with no pain in the store not more than 5 minutes later. Then Gary helped me for my flat feet and plantar ficiatis we have both experienced pain free walking ever since! Overall we would say our experience at the store was perfect.
