"I got a pedicure and a full set of nails from Courtney (Cece) and she did a fantastic job. She was super gentle and efficient. She was so sweet and upheld a wonderful conversation with me the entire time. I even messed up one of my toes and Alex fixed it without hesitation and he also was super friendly and nice to talk too. I even met the owner and he was lovely and even offered me a bottle of water. He sat down and had a nice conversation with me and this is by far one of the best salon experiences I have ever had. "I went here to get a gel manicure and a VIP pedicure and got this lovely lady Destiney she was very professional and fun to speak with during the process. She did amazing on my hands and feet and has a great massage. Sydney was also great at checking up on me and making sure my experience was great. "The place where I normally get my nails done was completely booked (holiday weekend, so I get it). I saw this place and checked out the reviews, so decided to give them a shoot--terrible idea. I requested my current gel polish to be removed, a fresh gel manicure, and regular pedicure. I found out mid pedicure that the person who took care of my pedicure was self-admittedly new having recently finished her cosmetology course. She kept messing up the polish and then kept painting over it thinking that would fix it. On my big toes, she did at least four coats of polish, which made it look bumpy. Not to mention, I had white polish residue on my skin as well (see picture). The pedicure alone took two hours and it was just a regular pedicure, no add-ons. Because she was new, someone else was asked to “help her” with my gel manicure. Now, I've been getting my nails done every two weeks for about five years. I know how the process goes. Mind you, my nails a long naturally and I keep them almond-shaped. Instead of soaking off my nail polish, the nail tech used the drill for removal. She drilled my nails so hard that the we're literally paper thin and easily bendable. Some were even translucent by the time she finished. I didn't allow her to finish working on my nails and I chose to end my appointment. I still paid the $45 and added a $10 tip, but I ended up going elsewhere to buy the nail color and painting my nails and toes myself. However, because my nails were so thin and fragile thanks to the nail tech, I had to cut my long natural nails and start completely over with short nails. Even now, two days later, my nail beds are sensitive to touch because they are so thin from her excessive drilling. Quite simply, the nail tech RUINED my natural, healthy nails. I will NEVER go back to this establishment and would advise others to steer clear of this nail salon if you actually care about the health of your nails--because these people clearly do not."
