"No words as I am dumbfounded. Arrived at hotel past 11 pm and after booking a room via a third party as the price was less expensive, the front desk person would not provide a room saying she couldn’t see the reservation I had just made. I showed her the copy with the reservation number but she would not budge. Nor did she try to find a solution given it was late at night…. She flat out said to find another accommodation elsewhere. I was flabbergasted. I will no longer book a Wyndham hotel if this is the quality of employees they hire."
"So nice! I was so tired and so stressed and the front desk was so kind and patient with me (everyone in my family was texting me wondering g where I was while I was trying to check in). Room is very clean and the aircon is very cold."
"The room was okay except for bottle cap under desk which suggests it wasn't vacuumed well. The main issue was the first floor hallway which reeked of urine. Free"breakfast" was a small granola bar."
"Decent hotel for a stop over. Rooms are spacious, beds are clean and comfortable. Bathroom r neat and tidy. Late night check in available on request. Only downside is they don't have complimentary breakfast buffet, only tea/coffee available."
"This is the second time I've stayed here because my mom picks price over quality. I remember saying to her a year ago never to book this place again but unfortunately all other hotels were sold out on our travels back. Anyway, when we arrived at 3 am we were greeted by a few cockroaches and a room smelling of dust and smoke. The walls are filthy. Almost everything about this hotel is dirty and you can tell just never taken care of. Luckily we did not see any bugs in the bed but I promise you this is not the place to stay. Go pay the extra money for a decent stay where you can be comfortable. Wish I could upload the picture of my cockroach friend."
